Sime Vrsaljko was, in my opinion, the best cheap player from FM 2012, in this years edition he has took a slight dip but as you can see from the future screenshot he is still a class act. And again he is fairly cheap, at £6m, meaning most teams can afford him, but if you manage in England (or anywhere else where work permits are needed) you will not be able to sign him at the start of the game, but you can after he has moved to a different club.
