This FM 2013 player profile of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain shows one of the best English wingers in recent years. As you can see his price at the start of the game is actually very reasonable, considering the special talents this lad boasts. His development in the test save is decent overall, but I believe he can get a lot better under proper guidance.
Bayern Munich spent just over 20 million for him in the test save, I guess that indicates his value somewhat. Apart from his obvious skills on the ball and off it, what I like most about him is his versatility: you can play him on both flanks, as an attacking midfielder or even as a central midfielder if needed.
